You can have your order delivered to your address, or choose Pickup at checkout and collect it yourself from one of our pickup points in Lagos, Owerri or Onitsha. We'll email you when a pickup order is ready.
No. We currently only deliver within Nigeria.
Same-day delivery within Plateau, Gombe, Bauchi and Nasarawa states. Everywhere else in Nigeria, delivery takes a maximum of 2 days.
Payment
Pay on Delivery (cash when your order arrives), Bank Transfer, Internet Banking, USSD, or your Verve, Visa or Mastercard debit card. Online payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Yes. Online payments are handled by Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment provider. Your card or bank details go straight to Paystack — Buletz never sees or stores them — and every payment is confirmed before your order is created.
Order & Returns
Yes. You need a free Buletz account to check out. It takes less than a minute, or you can sign up instantly with Google or Facebook. Your account keeps all your orders in one place.
Use the Track Order page with your tracking ID. You'll find it on the order confirmation page and in every order-status email we send. With an account, you can also see all your orders under My Orders.
You can return goods within 7 days of receiving them if they have an issue — faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Keep the original packaging and accessories, and contact us on 0803 604 0544, WhatsApp 0811 121 9011 or info@buletz.com to start a return.
